Since 2006, Sing’theatre Ltd has staged productions presenting iconic French and European singers, as well as plays and musicals written in Singapore. Through our work, we aim to promote multicultural interaction.

In 2016, Sing’theatre revised its vision in mind moving towards performing for a society. Since then, Sing’theatre is recognized on the Singapore scene as a musical theatre specialist. We use primarily the musical theatre genre and music to bring social conversations and personal struggles to the stage. We take current issues in society, give them a unique perspective and make them resonate with Singaporeans.

In 2021, as we celebrate our 15th Anniversary, we will be producing 2 of our most iconic shows starting off with No Regrets, A Tribute to Edith Piaf in April!

Sing’theatre has produced A Singaporean in Paris, A French Kiss in Singapore, 8 Women, La Vie En Rose, Forever Young & A Spoonful of Sherman.

The best of Singapore-based artists have performed for Sing’theatre: Hossan Leong, the late Emma Yong, Denise Tan, Robin Goh, Ebi Shankara, George Chan, Suhaimi Yusof, Sebastian Tan, Lim Yu Beng, Linden Furnell as well as Tan Kheng Hua, Neo Swee Lin, Serene Chen, Daisy Irani and Mina Kaye.
Lim Yu Beng was nominated for Best Actor at the LIFE! Theatre Awards 2009 for Members Only .
Serene Chen was awarded Best Supporting Actress for 8 WOMEN at the LIFE! Theatre Awards 2013.
