3. BE A MASTER OF YOUR EMOTIONS
In drama, you will learn to be in touch with your emotions. It is the perfect outlet for self-reflection. When playing an array of characters which, most of the times, is nothing like your true self, it allows to you express a wide range of emotions and helps you relate with feelings you never knew you could feel. This enables you to empathise the character’s situation, culture and background, thus encouraging you to be more compassionate and tolerant towards others. Moreover, drama will boost your self- confidence.
Performing for an audience enables you to be versatile and confident on your decisions and abilities which are crucial in school, career and life.
4. AWESOME PERSON COMING THROUGH
I’m certain you are already a fantastic individual. However, through drama, you will undergo some fine tuning of your soft skills which will make you an even more awesome person. Drama teaches you vocal projection, articulation, tone of speech and also enhances your listening and observation skills which will improve your communication skills tremendously.
