Broadway Ensemble Lab is an advanced musical theatre performance programme for  singers and performers who want to master the art of ensemble work.

Led by one of Singapore’s leading Musical Directors, Joanne Ho ( Dear Evan Hansen, Rent, Come from Away, LKY the musical…) , you will discover how professional musical theatre ensembles are built—from the very first read-through to a fully staged concert performance.

Throughout the course, you will:

• Learn to sing rich Broadway harmonies with confidence.
• Develop the listening skills, musical precision and vocal blend expected of professional ensembles.
• Explore how movement, staging and storytelling transform a group of singers into a compelling theatrical ensemble.
• Present a polished showcase featuring a selection of iconic Broadway ensemble numbers.

Every cohort is unique, so the repertoire is tailored to the singers in the room. Joanne Ho will select the ensemble numbers according to the vocal balance, experience and strengths of the company, ensuring a rewarding and inspiring experience for everyone.
