Inside look into “The Power of the Voice” Workshop By Paul Carr!

28 February 2017

21st February 2017 marks the end of Paul Carr’s “The Power of the Voice†workshop and we are very pleased with the outcome. The objective of this workshop is to coach participants to be an interesting and easily understood speaker. Throughout the 4 sessions, participants were equipped with skills to achieve greater clarity in their speech, proper breathing techniques, pitch adjustments techniques and much more!

We conducted short questionnaire at the end of the workshop with the participants and we were ecstatic with positive feedback. Here are some of the responses from our participants!

Qn: Did you enjoy the workshop? What was the main takeaway for you?

Ans: “Most definitely enjoyed it. It taught me the importance of stressing words and silent pace while delivering a message.â€

Ans: “It is definitely useful for communication purposes when you make presentations, teach or when you talk to your own children.â€

Ans: “Yes, I did. The workshop made me discover what I can do with my voice!â€

Qn: How was Paul Carr? Was he able to coach you effectively at the workshop?

Ans: “Paul is very inspirational and really made me think about what my voice can be, through work and practice.â€

Ans: “Paul is personable, friendly and encouraging. It is easy to get into the workshop program.â€

Ans: “Paul definitely had a great understanding of the topic and was very clear in his coaching. I just hope to get Paul’s voice skills one day!â€

Back By Popular Demand!

Once again, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our lovely participants for taking part in the workshop. Due to the success and popularity of this workshop, we are happy to announce that we will be conducting the workshop again in March.  Click on the button below to sign up and discover the power of the voice!

Here’s a little tip from Paul Carr himself!

“Always finish every word you start!  Sound the “t†on start and say the “d†at the end of the word.â€

Do stay tuned with Sing’theatre for more exciting workshops!
